Our shipping Policy

At Cargobayy, shipping costs are always free. In order to provide you this luxury, please note the terms of our shipping policy.

Processing

After we receive your order, it will take 7 days to process.

Transit

After your order has been processed, it will be shipped out. Transit times may take anywhere between 5 to 15 days for you to receive. The transit timeframe is due to our shipping partner.

Tracking

After your item has left our facilities, we will provide you with a tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update in the system. We urge our customers to refer to the provided tracking information when attempting to locate their package and to only contact us after the above mentioned transit timeframe of 15 days.

Our Return / Exchange Policy

How long will it take to process my return?

Returns are processed within a few days of us receiving the goods back. Please allow up to a week for refund(s) to show on your account. Sorry if this seems a little long but the time-frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and we have no control over it. We'll refund you by the same method as payment (i.e. same card, Paypal).

The item I received is faulty or damaged.

If you think the item your received is faulty or damaged contact the support email and we'll see what we can do.

Where do I return my item?

In the case of a return, please email us with the subject line "RETURN" and you will receive a shipping address shortly after. You will be responisble for the shipping fees.

How long can I keep an item before returning it?

You have 5 days from the date you received the item to decide to return it.

When will I receive my exchange?

Exchanges are usually processed and dispatched within a few days of us receiving the goods back. We can only exchange an item for a different size or color in the same style or for a different product of the same price as the original item or less. Please state clearly on the return note which item you want to exchange and for what. If we don’t have the item in stock available, we'll refund your money and email you to let know.
